The following terms and conditions aim to define the legal framework, the rights and mutual obligations between hereafter parties that will apply to all purchases made ​​by mail by the merchant website:

This general terms and conditions specify the rights and obligations of the buyer in respect of products sold in the electronic catalog site as part of a distance sales system.

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site the day of the site consultation by the Customer.
The models presented on the website depend on the workshop production capacity. does not sell used products, defective or inferior to the standard available on the market. Some of our pieces are unique copies or custom.
We draw the Client's attention to the fact that the photographs illustrating our products can be slightly different from reality because of the settings of the Client's screen and lighting when shooting. Article 4: price

The Prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all French taxes, excluding postage costs.
The Public retail prices in euros are not subject to French VAT when the customer chooses a delivery outside the European Union. The VAT deduction will be done automatically when the customer information delivery address.
In The event of a delivery of products outside the French territory, customs duties and formalities are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated. The Customer undertakes to check the possibility of importing the products ordered under the territory of the country of delivery. For countries outside the European Union, delivery is based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The recipient will be obliged to pay any duties or local for his order.

Article 5: orders

The creation of a personal account is required to order the site.

Article 6: payment methods

7.1 Shipping costs

  • between 24 and 48H with CHRONOPOST

Abroad delivery : CHRONOPOST
Deliveries are free in France from a purchase amount of € 200 and abroad from a purchase amount of € 500.

7.2 Shipping times

All the products sold on the E-Shop website belong to the collection, except those belonging to the category "Custom".
Availability and shipping time: We are committed to exceptionally reduce delays on specific request. All orders placed on the site until 0:00 Monday through Thursday will be processed and put into production the next day, subject to confirmation of payment. Orders placed on Friday and the weekend will be processed on Monday. This time is given for information.
Any order placed on the E-Shop will usually processed and shipped within 24 hours following receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays) unless special indication on our part. An email will be sent to confirm the order processing and shipping.

7.2.2 Shipping Special Orders "made to measure".

Orders called "made to measure" include customizing a template (belt, bracelet ...) and realization made to measure. Any buyer who want to make a special order should contact our customer service in order to know the feasibility of its application to receive a quote and to be informed of the shipping time.

7.3 Delivery time delivers throughout the European Union and in the world. The ordered product is delivered to the address on the order of the buyer. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the delivery means selected by the Customer. Any delay due to customs clearance of the goods exported are not the responsibility of the E-Shop Hector and Virgile.
Delivery times specified below are valid at the date of shipment of the order.
The delivery in France follows, at the initiative of the buyer, one of the following transportation:

  • La Poste (Colissimo with delivery against signature): Delivery within 3-4 working days.
  • Chronopost: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

Internationally Delivery (outside France, Monaco and Andorra) becomes binding with the Chronopost carrier.
Shipping fees are offered from an amount equal to or greater than € 200 for France (standard delivery) and € 500 for international.
In case of damage, the buyer makes its reserves with precision and clarity on the delivery, including a double addressed by post or by carrier to the seller. In this respect, it is up to the buyer to check the contents, compliance and condition of the product upon delivery. Article 9: right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw from the purchase, without having to prove any ground.
The period of 14 (fourteen) days goes:

  • From the day the customer or a third party, that is not the carrier designated by the Customer has received the ordered item,
  • Or, in the case of an order for multiple items shipped separately, from the day the Customer or a third party that is not the carrier designated by the Customer has received the last article.

The buyer will inform Hector and Virgil his intention to return products on the contact section of the website or email or by mail sent to HECTOR & VIRGIL - Domain Fortis Rieumes Road, 31600 MURET (date of postmark). At the receipt of products returned by the customer, the company HECTOR & VIRGIL perform within 14 (fourteen) working days the repayment of the payment received.
However, we will not accept refund articles if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product must have been neither worn, altered, washed nor damaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the invoice.

If the return of the product by the purchaser is due to an error of the website such as a missing product in the order or product received improper (provided that the above conditions are met) or a manufacturing defect of the product, we promise to repay, in addition to the purchase price of the product, shipping charges incurred by the purchaser for the delivery of the product.
The buyer must report the error by mail at within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order.

No refund can intervene on behalf of the buyer who has not exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
The e-shop Hector and Virgil does not exchanges. You will need to return your order and place a new order on the site for the article or the desired size.
